Job Summary:
The Forklift Operator is responsible for transporting materials safely and efficiently throughout the workplace. This role includes loading and unloading shipments, organizing inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely.
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and storage areas.
• Move products to designated warehouse locations.
• Inspect forklifts before each shift and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock control.
• Follow workplace safety policies and procedures.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Previous warehouse or forklift operating experience is an advantage.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
