Process and receive all orders shipping via UPS and LTL carriers daily. REQUIRED CRITERIA

Position inventory product in proper locations.  Record movement of freight within the warehouse.  Maintain accurate cycle counts.  Work as part of the warehouse team as directed by Warehouse Shipping Supervisor.

 

Job Duties:

• Pull stock for orders using BOL bundle or bulk pick list provided daily.
• Sort, pack and palletize freight correctly for each order.
• Process orders quickly and effectively via UPS WorldShip program or FedEx ground site.
• Maintain accurate records for each order that is shipping.
• Self-check accuracy of orders and ensure QC check is performed.
• Receive all inbound freight and ensure accuracy. Assist loading UPS truck
• Notify supervisor of any damage or discrepancies.
• Maintain a neat and organized warehouse.
• Accurately record movement of freight through warehouse.              
• Maintain and order shipping supplies as needed, notify supervisor of needs.
• Maintain carton flow racks.
• Pick and assemble assortments as necessary.
• Pull cycle counts as directed by supervisor.
• Check others orders as necessary.
• Unload containers as necessary.
• Perform other warehouse duties as directed by supervisor.

 

Skills Needed:

• Self-starter
• Small package handling and WorldShip experience preferred
• Freight Portal knowledge
• Computer and Good math skills a must
• Warehouse and/or distribution experience preferred
• Must be computer literate and have working knowledge of MS programs
• Forklift experience beneficial
• Mechanical ability a plus
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more on a regular base
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and capably of multi-tasking
• Must have good organizational and communication skills
