About the Opportunity

A growing organization is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to help expand relationships throughout the local business community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, making cold calls, visiting businesses, and creating opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building.

The successful candidate will spend time both in the field and on the phone connecting with local businesses, introducing services, and developing professional relationships. What You'll Do

• Develop new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
• Conduct in person visits and outbound calls to local businesses.
• Build relationships with business owners, managers, and other key contacts.
• Generate leads and identify new opportunities.
• Maintain regular contact with prospective and existing business partners.
• Track activities and manage opportunities through company systems.
• Represent the organization professionally within the community and at networking events.

What You'll Bring
