Paint Booth Laborer - $20.00/Hour

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Paint Booth Laborers for a growing manufacturing company. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay

$20.00 per hour

Schedule

First Day: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (orientation and training)
Regular Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Overtime may be required based on production needs.

What You'll Do

Prepare parts for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and staging materials.
Load and unload parts into and out of the paint booth.
Assist Paint Booth Specialists with painting and finishing operations.
Inspect finished products for quality and report any defects.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators when required.
Perform other general production duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, bend, twist, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements

Stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
Work in a paint booth environment with exposure to paint fumes, dust, noise, and varying temperatures while wearing required PPE.
