Express Employment is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Roof Welder to join our Client's growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on welding experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in physically demanding environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on structural steel, sheet metal, and fabricated components
Weld parts for generator enclosures, fuel tanks, and industrial equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards
Operate fabrication tools such as grinders, torches, and cutting equipment

Qualifications & Requirements:

1–3+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred
Proficiency in MIG welding (TIG a plus)
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Basic knowledge of metal fabrication and shop tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
