Salary: Up to $24.00/hour

 

A growing Milwaukee production facility is looking for a Forklift Operator on the day shift.  Job requirements and experience are as follows:

• Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment to move materials and products.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers efficiently while preventing product damage.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy against shipping documents.
• Stage, organize, and transport freight within the warehouse and dock.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous forklift operating experience required.
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification upon hire.
• Experience working in a warehouse, distribution center, or shipping/receiving environment preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
