Shift: Night Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 PM–6:00 AM

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Shop Foreman (Operations Supervisor) to lead night shift shop operations. This position is responsible for supervising technicians, coordinating daily workflow, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe, productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support night shift shop personnel
• Coordinate daily workflow and production schedules
• Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed
• Train, coach, and develop team members
• Monitor inventory, equipment, and shop performance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 7+ years of warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial experience
• 3–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient with computers and standard business software
• Valid Class C Driver's License
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
