Salary: $75,000-80,000K Annual

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead our Quality Management System (QMS) and drive continuous improvement across the organization. This role ensures compliance with ISO 9001 standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations while partnering with production, engineering, purchasing, and leadership to maintain the highest quality standards.

 

Responsibilities: Quality Manager

• Manage and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Lead quality initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across the organization.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures, controls, and documentation.
• Monitor quality metrics and analyze performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry quality standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain quality requirements.
• Lead internal and external audits and serve as the primary contact for customer and third-party auditors.
• Investigate quality issues, oversee corrective actions, and verify their effectiveness.
• Support new product launches through the APQP process.
• Train and mentor employees on quality processes and best practices.
• Prepare technical reports and communicate quality performance to leadership.

Qualifications: Quality Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of quality assurance or quality management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing an ISO 9001-certified Quality Management System.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, technical writing, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

Preferred

• ASQ Certified Quality Manager (CMQ/OE) certification.
