Job Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments
• Accurately count and handle cash
• Balance cash drawer and maintain transaction accuracy
• Provide exceptional customer service and answer customer questions
• Assist with routine banking transactions while following bank policies and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information

Schedule

• Hours vary based on branch needs
• Opening shifts begin as early as 7:00 AM
• Closing shifts end around 6:15 PM
• Occasional Saturdays from 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Qualifications

• Previous cash handling experience required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Banking or teller experience preferred, but related cash-handling experience will be considered
• Basic computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable and professional demeanor

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for up to 6 hours during the workday
• Ability to perform repetitive cash handling and computer work
