Harvest Laborer (Seasonal)

Location: Lewiston, ID
Pay: $18/HR
Schedule: Day shift (must be flexible for harvest needs, exact hours to be provided prior to start)

We are hiring hardworking Harvest Laborers to support operations at a grain storage and agricultural facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor, physical work and can handle a fast-paced, industrial environment during peak harvest season. You’ll play an important role in keeping the facility clean, safe, and running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain clean work areas in grain tunnels and storage areas
- Clean up grain spills, dust buildup, and debris
- Perform weed control around facility grounds
- Assist with truck dump operations and aeration systems
- Support loading and unloading of grain as needed
- Perform frequent shoveling, sweeping, and general cleanup
- Follow safety procedures in a loud, industrial environment

Qualifications & Skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform physical labor
- Comfortable working outdoors in non-climate-controlled conditions
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Reliable and consistent attendance
- Previous agriculture, labor, or industrial experience is a plus (not required)

Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for the entire shift
- Perform frequent shoveling, sweeping, and lifting
- Work in outdoor conditions (heat, dust, varying weather)
- Comfortable in a loud, active work environment
