Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Location: Flat Rock, NC Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Our client in the Flat Rock area is looking for a reliable, hands-on Equipment Maintenance & Facility Support Associate. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, learning new skills, and working both in a plant environment and out on the road. If you like staying busy, solving problems, and working on equipment, this is a great long-term opportunity.
In the Plant (Approx. 50%)
Assist with daily production tasks and general plant support
Load machines and inspect parts for quality
Perform basic equipment upkeep and facility maintenance
Learn basic welding skills over time (training provided)
Support plant staff with routine operational needs
On the Road (Approx. 50%)
Drive a flatbed truck to deliver product to a nearby partner facility
Safely load, secure, and transport materials
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
Represent the company professionally while interacting with offsite teams
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (flatbed experience helpful but not required)
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment maintenance and welding
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
Dependability, strong work ethic, and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed
Positive attitude and comfort working in a manufacturing environment
$19/hr
Steady Monday–Friday daytime schedule
