What You’ll Do:

• Support day-to-day HR Operations including employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and benefits administration
• Perform recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and new hire orientations
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Administer benefits, leave requests, and other HR programs
• Partner with management to resolve workplace concerns and support a positive company culture

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as an HR Generalist or similar role REQUIRED.
• Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office – HRIS experience a plus
