Production Supervisor

You'll supervise a team of approximately 15 employees while managing inventory, coordinating supplies, and keeping production running efficiently. What You'll Do

Lead, coach, and support a team of approximately 15 stockroom associates
Oversee daily inventory of garments, boxes, shipping materials, and supplies
Order materials and maintain inventory levels to keep production flowing
Work directly with vendors and suppliers
Maintain an organized, accurate, and efficient stockroom
Jump in on the production floor when needed (approximately 10-15% of the role)
Communicate effectively with management and production teams to solve problems and keep operations moving

What We're Looking For

Fluent English and Spanish (Required)
Previous leadership experience as a Lead, Team Lead, Shift Lead, Warehouse Lead, Inventory Lead, or Supervisor
Strong communication and people leadership skills
Experience with inventory, warehouse, manufacturing, or production operations
Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Able to lift up to 40-45 pounds when needed

We'd Love It If You Also Have

Commercial laundry, warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience
Purchasing or vendor management experience
Experience improving workflow or inventory processes
