Shift: Day shift (hours will be confirmed prior to start)

We are hiring hardworking General Laborers for a one-day project supporting construction work. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for quick, hands-on work and same-week pay. Tasks are straightforward physical labor and will be completed as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
- Shovel dirt and materials as needed
- Help lay conduit for construction work
- Backfill trenches and assist with site cleanup
- Follow directions from site leads and work safely
- Stay on task and help complete the job efficiently

Qualifications & Skills
- Able to perform physical labor for the full shift
- Takes direction well and works as part of a team
- Reliable and shows up ready to work
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Previous construction or labor experience is a plus (not required)

Physical Requirements
- Heavy physical work including shoveling and lifting
- Standing, walking, bending, and working outdoors
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
