Whether you prefer a traditional day shift or the flexibility of a 7 on / 7 off overnight

 

schedule (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), we'd love to speak with you!

Schedule Options

• Day Shift: schedule varies -12's
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 7 days on / 7 days off

Compensation

• $50.00–$72.50 per hour (based on experience)

Shift Differentials

• $2.00/hour – Evening Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
• $4.00/hour – Night Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• $5.00/hour – Weekend Differential
• $5.00/hour – Holiday Differential

Sign-On Bonus

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Two-year employment agreement required.

What You'll Do

• Review and verify medication orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and safety.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy.
• Provide clinical pharmacy consultations and evidence-based recommendations.
• Monitor patient medication regimens for efficacy, adverse reactions, and drug interactions.
• Participate in medication management initiatives and quality improvement efforts.
• Counsel patients and healthcare staff on medication use when appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and hospital pharmacy regulations.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent pharmacy degree.
• Current Pharmacist license or eligibility for licensure in Tennessee.
• Hospital or clinical pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Relocation Requirement

 

Candidates must currently reside outside of a 50-mile radius of Cookeville, TN to be eligible for this opportunity.
