We are seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure efficient inventory management, and lead a team to meet productivity and safety goals. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, leadership experience, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods
• Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards
• Ensure accurate inventory management, including cycle counts and recordkeeping
• Monitor workflow to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards (OSHA compliance preferred)
• Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and security
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity
• Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and performance evaluations
• Address and resolve any operational or personnel issues promptly

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse supervision or management (2–5 years preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of inventory systems, warehouse operations, and logistics processes
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred)
• Proficiency with basic computer systems (inventory software, Microsoft Office, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly
• Standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (may include varying temperatures)
