Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and safety-conscious Cherry Picker Operators to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders, operating a cherry picker to retrieve inventory, and preparing orders for shipment. The ideal candidate has previous cherry picker experience, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately using pick tickets and RF scanners.
• Safely operate a cherry picker to retrieve products stored at various rack heights.
• Assemble customer orders on pallets for shipment.
• Move completed orders to designated staging and shipping areas.
• Transport materials throughout the warehouse as needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy while picking orders.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Shipping Manager.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Previous cherry picker operating experience required.
• Experience using RF scanners is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull products and pallets.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and climb throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures, including hot and cold environments.
• Ability to work around dust and moderate to loud noise.
