$18.00 per hour
Four 10-hour shifts per week (when possible)
Start times between 6:00 AM and 7:30 AM
Overtime opportunities may be available based on workload
As a General Laborer, you will:
Assist with fence installation and other construction labor duties
Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
Safely use hand and power tools
Prepare and maintain clean, organized job sites
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Work closely with crew members to complete projects efficiently
Perform additional general labor duties as assigned
Valid driver's license required
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials throughout the workday
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Construction, landscaping, fencing, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required
Long pants
Short-sleeve T-shirt
Work boots or sneakers are acceptable
Work boots will be provided when required for certain job sites
Lunch breaks are available, although crews may occasionally work through lunch to finish projects.
Bringing a packed lunch and water is recommended.
