eCommerce Merchandise Specialist 

Our client in Ypsilanti is looking for an eCommerce Merchandise Specialist  to join their team.

Experience needed to succeed as a eCommerce Merchandise Specialist 

• High school diploma or GED.

• Experience with eBay or online marketplaces.

• Ability to test electronics and accurately report condition.

• Basic photo editing skills.

What you’ll be doing as the eCommerce Merchandise Specialist 

•  Inspected, tested, and graded open-box, returned, and refurbished merchandise to accurately document cosmetic conditions, defects, and included accessories.

•  Conducted market research to competitively price items and authored high-converting, SEO-driven titles, bullet points, and descriptions.

•  Photographed products and edited digital images to ensure professional, high-quality visuals for all online listings.

• Collaborated on multi-channel email marketing initiatives and assisted with fulfillment by packing and shipping orders during peak periods.
