Starting Salary: $25 per hour
Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Mon-Fri (Occasional Sat. with OT)
This is a Full Time, Seasonal position

Position Overview
Our client is seeking a reliable and detail oriented Dispatch Clerk to assist during their busy peak summer season for pool servicing and installations.   

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepares next day orders for approximately 35 Residential Service Teams (Main Office & Satellite Office)  
• Print orders, sorts, and maps routes using google maps
• Makes Confirmation Calls to customers – confirming their appointment based of time frame & payment type.
• Also reminding customers of “to-do” items before we arrive.
• Once confirmed, ensures orders are ready to prep for next day.  *
• Other responsibilities include assisting Customer Service Staff with daily admin duties such as filing, collection calls, follow up calls as needed.

Skills Needed:

• Must possess strong organizational skills: Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong phone skills, ability to clearly communicate to customer information needed for upcoming job.
• Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work independently.

This is a Full Time Seasonal Position – Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5:00 *Occasional Saturday (9-12) *Overtime available as required
