AP/AR & HR Administrative Assistant – $30/hr | Berlin, CT

We’re seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Administrative professional to support a busy office environment in Berlin, CT. This role blends Accounting, HR support, and general office administration, making every day a little different.

1st shift position (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM).

Pay: $30/hr
Location: Berlin, CT

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable support
  • Processing Purchase Orders and invoicing
  • End-of-month reporting and administrative closeout tasks
  • Maintaining employee files and confidential records
  • Supporting HR with performance management and disciplinary documentation
  • Assisting with personnel change forms and updates
  • Supporting recruiting-related tasks as needed
  • Responding to employee questions and providing HR/office support
  • General administrative duties to keep the office running smoothly

What we’re looking for:

  • Prior experience in AP/AR, HR support, or general office administration
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
