Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable CDL Class A Driver for a local driving position hauling pallets and mulch. This is a home daily opportunity with no-touch freight, operating a manual transmission Freightliner. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, excellent attendance, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a manual transmission Freightliner.
• Haul pallets and mulch to local customer locations.
• Complete local routes, typically within a 2-hour driving radius.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and logs.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Ensure on-time deliveries while providing professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL (No endorsements required).
• Minimum 1-2 years of CDL driving experience.
• Experience driving manual transmission trucks.
• Clean driving record preferred.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and safely.

Physical Requirements

• Sit for extended periods while driving.
• Climb in and out of the truck frequently.
• Bend, lift, and perform general physical activity as needed.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
