Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Bookkeeper  / Customer Service Representative for a company located in Northern MN. If you enjoy helping customers, staying organized, and keeping financial records accurate, this could be the perfect opportunity!

This stable position is full time, with work hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday. Occasional weekend work may be required. Wage is based on experience and qualifications.

Essential Duties

• Deliver friendly, professional customer service by phone, email, and in person
• Assist customers with billing questions, payments, and account updates
• Process Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoices, and payments
• Enter and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and general office documents
• Support daily office operations with data entry and administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Previous customer service or office experience
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to type at least 50 WPM
