Due to insurance policies, applicants must be over the age of 25 and MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE. 

We’re looking for hard-working, dependable Field Technicians who enjoy working outdoors and aren’t afraid of physical labor. This is a hands-on job involving installing security/camera systems at client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, remove, relocate, and maintain security cameras, alarm systems, and related equipment
- Test and troubleshoot systems to ensure proper functionality and signal quality
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance both in the field and in the warehouse
- Complete service work orders accurately and on time
- Assist with site assessments and determine optimal camera placement
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and ladder safety
- Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and site managers

Physical Requirements:

- Work outdoors at construction and commercial job sites
- Climb ladders and work at elevated heights
- Dig post holes and perform basic installation/site work
- Lift and carry up to 75 lbs
- Use hand tools and installation equipment regularly

Schedule & Pay:

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in field service, construction, security systems, or a related technical role preferred
- Must be dependable, organized, and safety-focused
- Comfortable working independently in outdoor environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
