Process Technician

• 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday 3:00pm - 1:00am
• $19.50 - $24.50 per hour starting with full benefits 
• Permanent position with growth opportunities 

This position works directly with the Manufacturing Project Engineer & Production Team to design & maintain manufacturing process for fabrication of electronic & electro-mechanical assemblies. 

Typical Day Will Include:

• Develop & improve process efficiencies 
• Program computer-controlled assembly, soldering & inspection equipment
• Create thermal profiles for soldering processes
• Research equipment & tooling needs for manufacturing 
• Work to reduce cost & scrap
• Troubleshoot production equipment & parameters
• Train production personnel to operate equipment to process specifications
• Preform preventive maintenance on production equipment

We're Excited About You If You Have:

• 2 year degree or equivalent work history 
• Experience in circuit board assembly
• Good written & verbal communication skills 
• Ability to problem solve
• Desire to work in a team environment
