The Nordson Machine Operator / PVA Machine Operator is responsible for operating machinery, performing electrical assembly tasks, and ensuring products are built, inspected, and packaged to quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple workstations.

1st Shift Mon-Thurs 5am-3:00pm  $15.62-$17.76/hr based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Nordson or PVA machines in accordance with established procedures and production requirements
• Perform electrical assembly and sub-assembly using hand tools and electronic tools
• Inspect, kit, and package products following detailed instructions, drawings, and wiring diagrams
• Verify accuracy of quantities and perform quality checks on packaged items
• Rotate between various workstations as needed to support production demands
• Identify and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations and equipment
• Follow all prescribed safety regulations and company policies
• Provide support to other roles and departments as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned
