Location: Snoqualmie, WA

Pay: $27.50–$32.00/hour DOE

Schedule:

  • Full-time, on-site
  • Monday – Friday
  • 40 hours/week (8 hours/day)
  • Start time typically between 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM

Abilities:

Strong ability to manage shipping and receiving processes within a manufacturing environment while maintaining accuracy, organization, and compliance. Demonstrates attention to detail in handling documentation, certifications, and inventory tracking. Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. Comfortable working with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and shipping platforms. Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams including Quality, Purchasing, and Manufacturing. Able to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining a high level of professionalism, accountability, and ethical decision-making.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming materials, components, tooling, and supplies
  • Verify packing slips, certifications, quantities, and part numbers against purchase orders and ERP records
  • Coordinate and perform receiving inspection processes per AS9100D procedures
  • Tag and identify materials to ensure traceability
  • Segregate nonconforming or suspect materials per quality procedures
  • Maintain accurate receiving documentation and records
  • Communicate discrepancies with Quality, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams
  • Generate packing lists and shipping documentation using ERP and shipping platforms
  • Prepare and package shipments, including specialized packaging requirements
  • Ensure correct labeling, tagging, serialization, and traceability
  • Schedule carriers and coordinate shipments with customers and internal teams
  • Manage domestic and international shipments in compliance with regulations
  • Verify shipment accuracy prior to release
  • Make timely decisions to meet production schedules and customer commitments
  • Implement and maintain packaging methods and standards
  • Follow customer specifications and internal packaging procedures
  • Maintain packaging material inventory
  • Escalate compliance or packaging issues as needed
  • Support inventory management of finished goods and raw materials
  • Perform ERP transactions accurately and in real time
  • Maintain accurate system records for shipping and receiving
  • Support inventory accuracy initiatives
  • Prioritize workload based on production demands
  • Maintain and organize material certifications and documentation
  • Ensure documentation is complete and compliant prior to shipment
  • Communicate missing or incomplete documentation proactively

Education and Related Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Combination of education, training, or related experience accepted
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics (manufacturing or aerospace preferred)
  • Experience using ERP systems for inventory and shipping transactions

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • High level of accountability and professional judgment

Work Environment:

  • Full-time, on-site role
  • Primarily office-based with occasional time in manufacturing environment
  • Moderate to loud noise levels in production areas
  • Exposure to dust, vibration, and typical manufacturing conditions
  • Frequent communication via in-person, phone, and Team
  • Physical requirements:
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
    • Standing, bending, kneeling, and stretching as needed

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $27.50–$32.00/hour based on experience
