We're looking for a safety-focused CDL Driver to join our Environmental Services team. If you enjoy being on the road, take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, and want stable, year-round work with opportunities to grow, this is the opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a Class A or Class B CDL vehicle to transport equipment, materials, and waste to and from customer locations.
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections, basic vehicle maintenance checks, and required DOT logs and documentation.
• Provide professional customer service while completing assigned routes safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment while following all DOT, safety, and company regulations.

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL with a clean, insurable driving record.
• At least 1 year of CDL driving experience.
• Environmental services or construction industry experience preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety, reliability, customer service, and teamwork.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to identify and resolve basic equipment issues.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening (including THC).
• Ability to obtain a REAL ID within 90 days of hire.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, evenings, and participate in an on-call rotation as business needs require.

Physical Requirements

• Lift, carry, push, and pull 50–75 pounds.
• Frequently climb in and out of trucks, bend, stoop, kneel, and walk on uneven terrain.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions and tolerate exposure to dirt, noise, and odors commonly associated with environmental services.
