We're seeking an experienced Maintenance & Remodeling Technician to perform a variety of residential and commercial remodeling, repair, and maintenance projects.

What You'll Do

Complete residential and commercial remodeling, maintenance, and repair projects safely and efficiently.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve building maintenance issues.
Perform skilled work including framing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and finish carpentry.
Deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining a safe, clean, and professional job site.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in construction, remodeling, or building maintenance.
Strong working knowledge of framing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and finish work.
Excellent troubleshooting, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Reliable, detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to producing quality work.

Physical Requirements

Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
Perform physically demanding work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
