Express Employment Professionals is now hiring Warehouse Workers in Fairmont and Morgantown, WV for immediate openings! Both day shift and afternoon shift warehouse positions are available.

These positions involve sorting packages, pulling boxes, matching numbers, wrapping pallets, using hand pallet jacks, and assisting with truck unloading. Training will be provided.

Warehouse Worker Responsibilities

• Pull boxes and packages from conveyor belts.
• Read, identify, and match numbers accurately.
• Sort and organize boxes and materials.
• Pull and prepare products for the next stage of the warehouse process.
• Wrap and prepare pallets/skids.
• Use manual pallet jacks to move materials.
• Stage products and packages in designated warehouse areas.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.
• Work with team members to maintain productivity and meet daily goals.

Warehouse Worker Qualifications

• No previous warehouse experience required.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to read and accurately match numbers.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Comfortable performing physical and repetitive work.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a warehouse team.
• Previous warehouse, material handling, shipping, receiving, production, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required.
