We're hiring a Quality Technician to join a manufacturing team focused on producing high-quality parts that meet customer and engineering specifications. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys hands-on work in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect sheet metal parts to ensure they meet blueprints and specifications
• Use hand tools and forming tools to shape and adjust parts as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical instructions
• Work with operators and lead personnel to ensure quality standards are met
• Verify customer requirements and follow proper manufacturing procedures
• Maintain a safe and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to produce quality products efficiently

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous manufacturing, machining, or aerospace manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Experience using hand tools and forming tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work well in a team environment

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Stand, bend, and move for extended periods as needed
