Forklift Operator / Material Handler (Afternoon Shift)

Our client, a reputable manufacturer in Etobicoke, is seeking experienced Forklift Operators / Material Handlers to support a busy production environment. This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals who enjoy a mix of equipment operation and hands-on work, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.

• Afternoon shift: Sunday to Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate counterbalance and Raymond reach forklifts safely and efficiently
• Move materials and products throughout the facility to support production
• Pick, pack, and organize inventory in designated locations
• Load and unload trucks, vans, and flatbed trailers
• Use material handling equipment such as tuggers and pump trucks
• Support production timelines by ensuring materials are where they need to be
• Perform general warehouse duties (approximately 80% manual, 20% forklift work)

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of forklift experience (Counterbalance & Raymond Reach)
• Valid forklift certification (required)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Comfortable working full-time afternoon/night hours
• Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a team environment
