Bilingual (French) Customer Coordinator

Our client, a well-established distributor of industrial hardware and electronic components, is seeking a bilingual (French) customer coordinator to join their Ontario team. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is passionate about building strong client relationships.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing customer accounts, processing orders and quotations, and serving as a key point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate brings a proactive approach, strong product understanding, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities
  • Prepare accurate and timely quotations, including product identification, pricing, and lead times
  • Process customer orders efficiently and accurately
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries related to pricing, delivery, and product specifications
  • Build strong relationships with customers by providing responsive and professional service
  • Recommend solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, pricing structures, and delivery timelines
  • Support overall sales targets and contribute to team success
  • Perform additional related duties as required

 Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Inside Sales
  • Experience in distribution and or/ Manufacturing environments
  • Bilingual fluency in English and French (required)
  • Strong experience handling high volumes of inbound customer inquiries
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Epicor Prophet 21 or similar preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
