Warehouse Associate
Location: McCook, IL
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | Monday–Friday
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

A growing automotive distribution company in McCook is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to join their 1st shift team. This is a stable, long-term opportunity with a company that values hard work and offers a pay increase upon permanent hire.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform order picking and inventory replenishment
• Assist with shipping and receiving operations
• Accurately move, stage, and organize inventory
• Prepare orders for shipment while maintaining quality standards
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience required
• Order picking and inventory replenishment experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
