Operations and Finance Manager

Our client has contract position available for an Operations Manager with some finance experience. The location in Ipswich looking for a person to handle a dual role mostly focused on operations with financial reporting. The position could become permanent for the right candidate.

 

Finance & Operations

  • Provide direct support and leadership to project staff on financial, operational, and compliance functions. Assist project teams in solving challenges as they arise and tailored to the project implementation context;
  • Onboard Vendors thru appropriate documentation
  • Process std accounts payable and Manage invoicing to clients 
  • Ensure compliance and consistent application with company policies and procedures in implementation of all Project activities;
  • Review routine financial processes including cash flow and wires, budget and LOE tracking, financial reports and invoices; Familiarity with P&L and Fin Statements
  • Apply understanding of project agreements and approval requirements to ensure compliance
  • Facilitate internal project financial reviews ; support internal audit requests by Accounting;
  • Liaise with Human Resources on issues related to project administration and US-hire personnel management, ensuring that all relevant JSI HR policies and requirements are met.
