Responsibilities:

• Inspect used clothing for quality, condition, and cleanliness.
• Sort clothing into designated categories based on company quality standards.
• Separate items with stains, damage, or defects from acceptable merchandise.
• Maintain an organized and efficient work area.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality differences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
