Location: Phoenix, AZ (Travel to multiple job sites required)
Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour

We are seeking a Bilingual Safety Advisor to help promote and maintain a safe working environment across multiple construction projects. The ideal candidate is an experienced construction safety professional who is passionate about safety, communicates effectively in both English and Spanish, and has a proven history of reliability and long-term employment.

Top Qualifications (Required)

1. Construction site safety experience is required.
2. OSHA 30-Hour Safety Certification is required.
3. Demonstrated longevity in previous positions with a stable work history.
4. Reliable transportation and the ability and willingness to travel to different job sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular job site safety inspections and audits.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Deliver safety orientations and toolbox talks in both English and Spanish.
• Investigate incidents, document findings, and assist with corrective action plans.
• Partner with field supervisors and project teams to promote a strong safety culture.
• Maintain accurate safety records and documentation.
• Support ongoing safety training and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Previous construction safety experience.
• Current OSHA 30-Hour Safety Certification.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple job sites.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
