Office Assistant (Part-Time)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily front-office operations. This is a part-time, morning position ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, staying organized, and helping a busy team stay on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Greet customers and assist with basic inquiries
  • Take messages and relay information accurately to team members
  • Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and paperwork
  • Help maintain organization of office documents and records
  • Support the team with scheduling, follow-ups, and administrative needs
  • Keep the front office area clean and organized

Qualifications

  • Previous office, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Basic computer skills (email, data entry, simple programs)
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
