Express Employment is looking for a customer-focused Parts Counter / Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping customers find the right parts and solutions to keep their equipment operating at peak performance.

We're looking for someone with strong inside sales experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing customer service, sales, and technical problem-solving. Experience with heavy-duty truck, diesel, construction, or municipal equipment parts is a plus, but candidates with a proven sales background and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Respond to inbound phone calls, emails, and walk-in customers with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the correct parts and products.
• Generate quotes, process orders, and follow up on open opportunities.
• Proactively grow parts sales by identifying additional customer needs and cross-selling products when appropriate.
• Coordinate with the service department to ensure technicians have the parts needed to complete repairs efficiently.
• Work closely with vendors to source parts, verify availability, and meet customer timelines.
• Maintain accurate inventory, pricing, and order documentation.
• Help customers minimize equipment downtime through knowledgeable recommendations and timely service.

What We're Looking For

• Previous inside sales, parts sales, customer service, or account management experience required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and provide solutions.
• Experience in the heavy equipment, diesel, trucking, automotive, industrial, or construction industries is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable using computer systems for order entry, inventory management, and customer communication.
• A positive attitude and a desire to learn about specialized equipment and parts.
