This position offers 12-hour rotating shifts with both day shift (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM) and night shift (8:00 PM – 8:00 AM) schedules available.

Pay: $15.50–$16.50 per hour

Factory Line Operator Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and work efficiently on a fast-paced production line

• Assemble, inspect, and package products to meet quality standards

• Meet daily production and inventory goals

• Prepare products for shipping and warehouse distribution

• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility

• Pull, stack, and store pallets safely

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Follow all workplace safety procedures

• Perform other manufacturing and warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly experience is helpful but not required

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout a 12-hour shift

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

• Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
