What You'll Do

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel-powered municipal and heavy equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and mechanical repairs.
  • Repair hydraulic systems, electrical systems, air brakes, steering, suspension, and PTO systems.
  • Utilize diagnostic software and manufacturer service information to efficiently identify and resolve issues.
  • Complete service documentation and communicate repair recommendations.
  • Work both in the shop and, when needed, perform on-site service for customer equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of diesel, heavy truck, or heavy equipment repair experience preferred.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills for diagnostics and repair documentation.
  • Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus but not required).
  • Personal hand tools required.
