Customer Service Rep

Located in San Marcos, CA

Salary: $20hr

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers by phone and email.
  • Process customer orders accurately and manage order changes.
  • Enter and update customer information in the company database.
  • Track orders and coordinate with shipping and other departments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Research and resolve customer issues, complaints, and billing questions.
  • Build strong customer relationships to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Promote additional products and services when appropriate.
  • Respond to general inquiry emails and perform outbound follow-up calls.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Positive attitude and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm
