Responsibilities:

• Operate and load a manual machine to manufacture connection rods.
• Inspect parts throughout the production process for defects or discrepancies.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Follow work instructions and quality standards.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies.
• Ability to work independently and stay focused in a repetitive environment.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
