Custom MIG Welder / Fabricator

Pay: $18.00–$23.00 per hour (based on experience)

We're looking for a MIG Welder/Fabricator with approximately 3+ years of fabrication shop experience. This is a hands-on role focused on custom fabrication and small-batch production—not repetitive production-line or structural steel welding.

What You'll Do

• Fabricate and MIG weld custom products using primarily 14-gauge steel.
• Cut, fit, assemble, and finish welded components.
• Use hand tools and fabrication equipment.
• Occasionally assist with trailer installations and field work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of MIG welding/fabrication experience preferred.
• Candidates with slightly less experience may be considered if they have strong hands-on welding skills (including experience gained in a family shop) and professional shop experience.
• Ability to read measurements and fabricate quality parts.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Preferred (Not Required)

• Automotive repair experience
• Laser cutting experience
• Forklift operation
• CAD experience

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift and position steel materials, use hand tools, climb ladders occasionally, weld underneath trailers when needed, and perform physical shop work safely.
