Experienced Framer

Location: Eugene, OR
Pay: DOE (Competitive based on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Framer to join a growing construction team. This role requires hands-on experience with residential or commercial framing and the ability to work independently or as part of a crew. Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of structural framing and job site safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Frame interior walls according to blueprints and specifications
• Assist with stair framing and layout as needed
• Install and frame subflooring structures
• Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials
• Ensure accuracy, plumb, and level alignment in all framing work
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean job site
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule

Qualifications

• 2+ years of framing experience (residential or commercial)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints preferred
• Experience with stairs and subfloor framing strongly desired
• Proficient with hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
