Salary: $185K-$195K

As the Key Account Manager, you’ll lead omnichannel initiatives, manage relationships, and drive execution in one of the company's most strategic accounts.

 

This role demands fact-based selling, data-driven decision-making, and strong collaboration with both internal teams and retail partners. You’ll oversee forecasting, promotional activities, and e-commerce strategies to grow sales and expand our presence across the Omnichannel customer ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the account strategy: develop and execute sales plans that drive share growth and align with company priorities.
  • Build fact-based selling stories using sales, market, and shopper data (Nielsen, Repsly, Retail Link).
  • Strengthen customer relationships across various business units and develop omnichannel solutions.
  • Lead retail merchandising plans; coach in-store teams on execution and performance metrics.
  • Set up and maintain e-commerce content; monitor item health, pricing, and digital campaign ROI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to execute brand launches, trade events, and promotional calendars.

Forecast account performance and communicate risks/opportunities to the Regional Sales Manager

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5+ years of CPG sales experience with strong CPG grocery retail knowledge.
  • Experience with Retail Link, CRM tools, SAP, and Nielsen data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel East Coast as required 
  •  Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
