Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Concrete Coring Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing precise concrete coring and cutting services on a variety of construction and renovation projects. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Concrete core drilling (2"–36"+)
• Wall sawing
• Slab sawing
• Hand sawing
• Ring sawing
• Track sawing
• Layout and setup for drilling operations
• Anchoring drilling equipment
• Drilling through reinforced structural concrete
• Working safely around rebar, conduit, post-tension cables, and utilities
• Reading plans and locating required openings
• Maintaining professional job site documentation
• Keeping equipment clean and operating properly
• Leaving every job site clean and professional

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of structural concrete coring and cutting experience
• Commercial construction experience
• Experience drilling reinforced concrete
• Ability to identify and avoid cutting rebar, conduit, and post-tension cables
• Ability to read construction drawings and layouts
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent attention to detail
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift equipment weighing 75+ pounds
• Dependable attendance and professional attitude

Equipment Experience

Experience operating equipment such as:

• Hilti Core Drills
• Hilti Track Saws
• Husqvarna High Cycle Equipment
• Merit Gas Saws
• 480V Self-Propelled Flat Saws
• Diamond drilling and cutting equipment

Work Conditions

• Indoor and outdoor job sites
• Exposure to dust, noise, and varying weather conditions
• Physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
