Driver & Picker / Packer

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

This position is approximately 75% warehouse work preparing orders for shipment and 25% local deliveries using a company cargo van or box truck. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes initiative, and doesn't wait to be told what needs to be done. 

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Package products securely for shipping.
• Organize and stage outgoing orders.
• Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Deliver products to customers using a company cargo van or box truck.
• Verify delivery paperwork and ensure timely, professional customer service during deliveries.
• Assist with inventory organization and general warehouse duties as needed.
• Identify tasks that need to be completed and proactively help wherever needed without constant direction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience driving a cargo van, box truck, or similar commercial vehicle is required.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday.
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or order fulfillment experience is preferred.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
