Pay: $15/hour
Schedule:

• Monday 6/29- Thursday 7/2: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday & Saturday, 7/3&7/4 : 8:30 AM - 11:30 PM

Job Overview:

We are looking for reliable, professional, and motivated individuals to join our Event Staff team for an upcoming festival in Edinburg, TX. This is a physically active role, working outdoors to help set up, move equipment, and assist with various event logistics. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a team, we’d love to have you on board!

Responsibilities:

• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including moving and arranging equipment
• Support logistical needs such as signage placement, barricades, and vendor coordination
• Ensure festival areas remain clean, organized, and safe for guests
• Provide assistance and direction to attendees as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth event operations

Requirements:

• Must be physically able to lift and move items and be on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Punctual, professional, and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a team setting
• Customer service experience is a plus
