Located in Oshkosh, WI

Salary: $18.00 - $23.00/HR

Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00/HR

Duties: 

  • Perform in-process and final product inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Use measuring tools to verify product specifications and tolerances.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and product specifications.
  • Identify quality issues and communicate findings to production leadership.
  • Observe production operations to detect quality concerns and equipment issues.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality and production processes.
  • Follow all safety procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications: 

  • Previous quality inspection experience preferred.
  • Experience in metal fabrication is a plus.
  • Proficiency using calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with production teams.
